Comment: Mt Moffatt Easter 2010

Well done sir, a great blog that I wish I had seen before doing the trip myself. We parked our 30ft caravan at Injune ($10 storage per night) and camped at Top Moffatt. what a delightful spot. After doing Mt Moffett, we came back to Injune, picked up the van and headed up to Carnarvon Gorge.
I am currently in the process of editing a video of the trip, which may be available around Christmas Time.
The fuel prices at Injune are horrendous (You expect it on the Nullarbor). There is a depot in Injune I discovered too late, that sells Diesel (not sure about u/l) at depot prices.
cheers

Laurie,

I had only just finished a week or so ago LOL
The servo in Injune was the only one open so had all the Good Friday Trade ;) We could have done the whole run with the fuel we already had but decided that while it was available we would get it. You never know if someone else needs it.

Cheers Kev
